Re-Possessed™ vintage 7.5 Mile Bay Race T-shirt from 1987. The 1987 San Francisco Houlihan’s 7.5 Mile Bay Race took place on April 5th and was the 4th edition of the race. When the race was first created in 1984, it was described as a run from San Francisco to Sausalito across the Golden Gate Bridge, the start was originally in front of Houlihan’s on Jefferson Street in Fisherman’s Wharf, the finish on the other side of the Bay in Sausalito, just past the Houlihan’s Restaurant at Bridgeway and Princess. This shirt comes from the first year that they reversed the course, and 20 years later, when Houlihan’s went bankrupt, they kept everything the same but renamed it ‘Across the Bay 12K’. Features a beautifully faded graphic on the front and back printed on a Hef-T by Tee Jays shirt made in U.S.A. Re-Possessed™ by hand with a reflective “Satisfy Running, 2021” emblem underneath the front graphic and screen-printed on the rear with our iconic reflective POSSESSED logo.
