Our website, https://satisfyrunning.com is managed by our website providers Post Co Returns and Shopify. Information that you provide via our website will be viewed by Shopify and used for the purposes of managing our website. If you contact SATISFY via any messaging or social media channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram, your personal information will be handled in accordance with their Privacy Policies which can be found by visiting their websites.

When you make a purchase at on our Site, or sign up to one of our events including our run clubs, we will collect necessary information about you to ensure we can fulfil your order or deliver your chosen service/event.

  • Transaction and preferences data: such as but not limited to your name, email address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, date of birth, phone number, gender, purchase history, product selections, running preferences, payment type and card expiry number or log in and password details. How do I manage marketing communications sent by SATISFY?


You can tell us not to contact you with information regarding our products and services, either at the point such information is collected on the Site, at a run club or, where you do not wish us to continue to use your information in this way, by following the unsubscribe instructions on any communications sent to you. 
It can take up to 72 hours for your preferences to be registered on our system, so you may still receive communications from us during this period.

Child safety
 

Protecting the safety of children when they use the Internet is very important to us.  We recommend that children receive permission from their parent or guardian before gaining access to the Site or sending personal information to us or anyone else online. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without parental consent, we will delete it.

Payment processing

Depending on where you are shipping to, payments made on the Site are made through our payment gateway provider from time to time, including Shopify Payments, Adyen, PayPal, Coinbase Commerce, and Klarna. You will be providing credit or debit card information directly to such payment provider which operates a secure server to process payment details, encrypting your credit/debit card information and authorising payment. Information which you supply to such payment providers is not within our control and will be subject to their own privacy policy and terms and conditions.
