WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?
To best gauge your appropriate size, please refer to the sizing chart for the particular item you’re interested in.

HOW DO I DETACH THE LABEL ON THE GARMENTS?
Our labels are designed to be partially removable, leaving the top laminated edge as a brand "logo" on our garments. To remove the bottom detachable portion of the label simply pull gently along the perforated edge. Do not attempt to remove laminated portion of label as this will damage the garment.
CAN I PICK UP AN ORDER OR DROP OFF A RETURN FROM YOUR PARIS LOCATION?
At this time, we are unable to accept any direct pick-ups or drop-offs.
WHAT COURIER PROVIDERS DO YOU USE?
All orders are shipped via FedEx.
CAN I USE A PO BOX FOR MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
No, we do not ship to PO boxes.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently ship worldwide.
CAN MULTIPLE ORDERS BE COMBINED?
Due to high volume of orders we cannot combine orders. Please be sure to place all desired items in the cart before checking out.
HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?
If you are purchasing product from a made to order collection, please refer to shipment specifications on the particular product’s details.
If you are purchasing product that is currently in stock, please expect it to be shipped within 1-3 business days, unless it is purchased along with a product from a made to order collection.
In that case, when the made to order products are ready, the products will be shipped altogether.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Standard domestic shipments usually take 4-5 business days to arrive. International shipments typically take 5-7 business days to arrive.
2-day shipments usually take 2 business days to arrive. Please note, time may vary due to weather, customs, or any unforseen variables.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, CAN I CANCEL IT?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once your order has been submitted.
WILL I BE CHARGED DUTIES AND TAXES?
Satisfy is not responsible for any import fees, customs, duties, or other taxes imposed by your respective country.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
Returns must be placed within 14 days of delivery. To make a return please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information.
1. Your name and address (or order number.)
2. Please specify the item that you want to return/exchange and reason why (wrong size, not as pictured, etc). If item is defective please include description and photos of defect.
3. Please allow our Customer Service team 48 hours from the time you email us to get back to you with return label and/or refund for your purchase.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
We provide free return shipping for all domestic and international orders within 14 days of delivery.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Once returned items are received, store credit is issued within 2-3 business days.
CAN YOU HOLD PRODUCT FOR ME?
Due to limited quantities we are not able to hold products.
