My workout routine consists of…
Ok I start by hyping my self up in the mirror with a few loud Woooooos!! Then i start imagining I’m becoming the Hulk and flex real hard! Just messing I do front and side planks. Crunches and pushups. Roll out the legs and feet. Three mile plus jog, roll out legs at home. Then roll up!
My favorite place to run…
Elysian Park, Angelino Heights, Ojai
What I think about when I run…
I normally run in the mornings, so I tend to think about what I need to get done! But running is my break from normal life so I try not to think haha! Or I think about how beautiful the world is or how pretty the birds and squirrels are!
The best book I’ve ever read…
Necronomicon by H.P.
My favorite thing to eat is…
Mashed Potatoes
My fav tv shows currently are:
Was Live PD.
My most treasured possession is…
Family, partner, art, music. I also have an Ivy hanging in the kitchen I saved from near death! I guess if it died I’d be pretty bummed out!
Last time I was embarrassed was…
I tripped crossing the street in front of some old ladies the other day haha I guess that was embarrassing.
The most important thing I’ve learned in life so far is…
Patience.
When we die…
We die. Jk I hope heaven's real I’m trying to party eternally with my ancestors, homies and heroes that came before and after me!!!

Sam Taylor.
I live in…
Camberwell, London.
I get high from…
Having a laugh with my friends. Completing tasks, no matter how easy. Thinking of silly things to draw and then drawing them. Seeing funny things online like Kermit the Frog in a cowboy hat. Hedgehog vids. Skating with mates. Eating snacks.
The concept behind this playlist is…
Just songs I like. I usually put my phone on shuffle and listen to whatever music is saved. Some slower songs, some faster songs, I guess my pace changes depending on this. Although sometimes I’m not even listening ‘cus I’m focusing on the run like a maniac. Most of it is old rock, stuff like Creedence, Van Morrison and Sabbath, but there are some funny choices in there like The Rutles, Miley Cyrus and ‘Kokomo’. There’s nothing like running in the snow or rain in grey London and listening to ‘Kokomo’.
My workout routine consists of…
The War On KMs. Running about 10km a day. Sometimes more, sometimes less. I try to do one half marathon a month but my aim is to stay consistent and healthy.
My favorite place to run…
I live pretty close to central London so every now and then I’ll run across Tower Bridge and down by the river, this is fun because even though I’ve lived in London for over 10 years I still feel like a tourist. I like to go by famous skate spots like London Bridge 10 or Southbank. My day-to-day spot is Burgess Park, it’s about a mile from my house and it has a nice lake that you can do laps around. Honourable mentions have to go to Myatt’s Field and Peckham Rye.
What I think about when I run…
Most of the time I think of nothing and just soak up the moment. Every now and then I think of the things I need to do that day. Drawings I’m working on or about to start. Emails I need to send. The music I’m listening to. Food I’m going to cook that evening. Kind of normal mundane things. I try not to think about the running until I start to struggle, that’s unless I’m trying for a PB then I’m thinking constantly “go faster, it’ll be over soon”.
The best book I’ve ever read…
Bart Simpson's Guide to Life. Recently I listened on audiobook to Michael Palin’s ‘Travelling To Work Diaries’ and really enjoyed that. Plus I love Murakami’s running book.
My favorite thing to eat is…
Crab. I’m a big crab head, I can’t deny it. Chilli on a jacket potato. Burritos (any). Post-run eggs. Pomegranate. Marmite. Nandos. Steak. Beans on toast. Fried chicken. Dauphinoise potatoes. Dried mango. One of the main reasons I love running so much is that I can eat whatever I want, ice cream, cheese and onion crisps, whatever unhealthy crap I like, it’s all good.
My fav tv shows currently are:
Boringly: The Sopranos. Just finished it for the third time around in lockdown. Close second(s) are Curb Your Enthusiasm, Seinfeld, The Simpsons, The Wire, Deadwood, The Royle Family, I’m definitely forgetting some. I also watch a lot of true crime stuff like the recent HBO ‘I'll Be Gone in the Dark’ or any well made serial killer thing. 24 Hours In Police Custody is always great. I enjoyed the Netflix basketball version of Last Chance U, I didn’t expect to like that as much as I did. Oh and I love trash like Gogglebox and First Dates, haha.
My most treasured possession is…
Maybe all of the art stuff I’ve collected over the years, drawings, prints and zines from friends. I have a signed script from when I went to a Simpsons table read, that’s pretty treasured I guess. All of the old skate footage that I’ve got of my friends going all the way back to being 13 years old. My computer! All of my piles of drawings. My external hard drive with everything I’ve ever drawn on it, if that exploded I’d be pretty upset.
Last time I was embarrassed was…
When I got sunburnt on my chest last summer because the sun came out for longer than 10 minutes. Ouchie.
The most important thing I’ve learned in life so far is…
Do not under any circumstances get stressed out.
Also, never make an important decision with an empty stomach.
When we die…
It keeps spinning.

My name is...
Zebadiah Keneally
I live in...
New York, New York
I get high from...
Running. It's my favorite. [Slaps inner arm twice] Second best is a speedy bike ride across the city and back. While we're at it, I have to shout out the high of enchantment in nature.
The concept behind the playlist is...
High heart-rate, healing spaz dance.
My workout routine consists of...
Running five days a week. Averaging 6 miles a run right now. One or two of those are longer. Daily sit ups, pull-ups & chin ups. The other two days, 60 minutes on the stationary bike and leg workout. I’d run every day but an injury at the end of 2020 finally convinced me that’s a bad idea. On the plus side, it got me to start strength training!
My favorite place to run...
I live a few miles from Forest Park in Queens, and most of my runs are around and through there. Trails, trees, horses (sometimes); it’s great. I have fond memories in Valley of Fire State Park, outside Las Vegas. I felt like Road Runner zipping down a strip of asphalt surrounded by technicolor rocks. I really loved logging miles, exploring Prague in late spring. Those were some fairytale runs.
What I think about when I run...
For me, running is a form of mediation. Usually my mind chatters on with whatever dust of days is passing through. Most of the time, not always, all that noise empties out and I’m just in the moment, enjoying the mind and body unity. Then there’s the transcendent experience that feels like there’s no separation between “me” and the rest of the world.
The best book I’ve ever read...
Tough question. Jorge Luis Borges’ Collected Fictions.
My favorite thing to eat is...
Sichuan food.
My fav TV shows currently are...
I don't watch a lot of shows. I really enjoyed Bojack Horseman (I was late to the game!).
My most treasured possession is...
I haven’t thought about that before. I guess it’s a tie between a drawing by Stefan Marx and a drawing by Zarina.
Last time I was embarrassed was...
A few nights ago. I posted an IG story of me singing. Smh.
The most important thing I’ve learned in life so far...
To be true to myself.
When we die...
We drink of the River Lethe, transmute into pure energy and vibe on the astral plane before coming back for another run.
