PAYMENT
On SATISFY Online Store, every purchase is made with maximum security. We only use protected connections, as demonstrated by the « https » URL prefix and the lock symbol that appears in the browser’s address bar.
To safeguard your credit card purchases, you'll be asked to enter your CVV code with each order.
Our Payments department may carry out anti-fraud checks before approving the transaction and for greater protection, they may contact you for further details before confirming the order.
We accept all major credit cards (Carte Bleue, E-Carte Bleue, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron) and PayPal.
DELIVERY
Processing Time:
Orders placed after 7 AM will be processed starting the following business day. Please allow 24 to 48 business hours for your order to be processed.
Shipping Time FedEx:
- Express Shipping: Once processed, your order will be delvered within 1 business day.
- Regular Shipping: Once processed, your order will be delivered within 1-4 business days.
Please note, time may vary due to weather, customs, or any unforseen variables.

All orders are shipping via FedEx, or Chronopost for France.
No, we do not ship to PO boxes.
Due to a high volume of orders, we’re unable to combine separate orders. Please make sure to add all desired items to your cart before checking out.
We currently ship worldwide.
If you’re purchasing an item from a made-to-order collection, please refer to the shipping details listed on the product page.
In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days. However, if your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order items, everything will be shipped together once the made-to-order piece is ready.
At this time, we are unable to accept any direct pick-ups or drop-offs.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once your order has been submitted.
SATISFY covers all taxes and duties, with the exception of Brazil, South Africa, and Georgia.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
We provide free return shipping for all domestic and international orders within 14 days of delivery. Initiate your return by logging into your account. Under "Order History", select "Make A Return".
For guest checkouts or additional assistance, email support@satisfyrunning.com with the following information.
1. Your order number (or name and address).
2. Specify the item for return/exchange and provide a reason (e.g., wrong size, not as pictured). Ensure the product(s) are brand new with original tags, labels, and packaging. For defects, include a description and photos of the defect.
3. Please kindly allow our Customer Support team up to 48 hours to respond.
4. Once you have received your return label, please ship the order back to us within 3 working days for your return to be authorised.
We provide free return shipping for all domestic and international orders within 14 days of delivery.
Once returned items are received, we can either issue store credit for you within 2-3 business days or refund your payment within about 15 days.
All items purchased during our Archive Sale are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. By completing your order, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this non-returnable policy.
PRODUCTS
Our clothes are all true to size. If you are not sure about which size to choose, please feel free to contact us.
Our labels are designed to be partially removable, with the top laminated edge serving as a brand logo on the garment. To detach the bottom portion of the label, simply pull gently along the perforated edge. Avoid removing the laminated part, as this may damage the fabric.
Due to limited quantities we are not able to hold products.
