Refund policy
In compliance with applicable legal provisions, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract with SATISFY within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. No explanation or penalty is necessary, provided that the Product(s) is (are) returned in its (their) original, unworn, and unwashed condition within fourteen (14) days of communicating the decision to withdraw.
To initiate a return, kindly send an email to support@satisfyrunning.com with the following details:
- Your name and address (or order number).
- Specify the item for return/exchange and provide a reason (e.g., wrong size, not as pictured). The product(s) must be brand new with original tags, labels, and packaging.
Please allow our Customer Support team up to 48 hours to respond.
Note that returns using our provided return label will incur a return shipping fee. However, exchanges and store credit refunds are exempt from this charge.
For products purchased from a retailer, please contact the retailer directly for assistance.
If the specified conditions are fulfilled, SATISFY will promptly issue a refund for the user's order amount, minus the return shipping fee if incurred.
