Shipping policy

  • Orders placed after 7AM Central European Time (heure d'Europe centrale, UTC+01:00) start processing the next business day and require 48-72 hours for processing. During peak periods, shipping may take slightly longer than usual. Once shipped:
    • Regular Shipping: Delivery within 3-4 business days.
  • Orders delivered to France are shipped via Chronopost, all other countries are shipped via Fedex.
  • Once an order is placed, we cannot edit any shipping details.
  • Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information.
  • U.S customers may be asked to fill out a CBP form for orders over 2,000 USD.
  • Delivery dates are subject to change based on weather and supply chain.
