HeatCrush™ is an ultra-light fabric developed in Japan to lie silk-soft against the body. As sweat rises, the fabric absorbs moisture and activates through sustained skin contact. This connection, with continued motion, draws heat outward. Airflow deepens the response, cooling more as effort climbs.
Worn as a full-body system, the HeatCrush™ T-Shirt, 8" Desert Shorts, Arm Sleeves, and Neck Cooler work together to move you through the deepest hours of summer.
Each piece in this capsule has been dip-dyed by hand in a Japanese dye house with over a century of history. Future-facing material touched by the oldest hands in the craft. Color that borrows shade from the desert’s shadows.

We tested the technology on a thermal mannequin and measured it under FLIR thermography. This is what the data shows.
Each bar shows temperature drop from a 33.8°C baseline. HeatCrush™ drops (-8ºC). More than any fabric tested.
The lower the chart line, the greater the cooling.
SUMMARY
The body has its own cooling science. Sweat is the mechanism. HeatCrush™ amplifies it. When activated, perspiration contact pulls surface temperature down (-8°C) from 33.8°C to 25.8°C in 30 minutes.
In comparison, regular nylon drops -5.3°C, and regular polyester drops -3.1°C.
The fabric creates a unique microclimate by responding to shifts in sweat-humidity, and continues cooling more deeply with time.
