When heat peaks and distance refuses to relent. HeatCrush™ 8" Desert Shorts engineered to cool the more you heat up. For extreme pursuits where the body's release becomes its own relief.
5” Rippy™ ultra-lightweight, tear-resistant, four-way stretch ripstop shell. Built to move freely across desert terrain without resistance.
8” HeatCrush™ liner jersey from Japan, worn next to skin. As sweat rises, it draws heat from the surface. As airflow enters, the cooling deepens. The contact is constant, and so is the response.
Dip-dyed by hand in a century-old Japanese dye house. Hue, intensity, and depth that shift with light, angle, and wear. The off-white stria left behind reveals traces of the fabric’s original tone.
Stealth-reflective Oakley ellipse and SATISFY logo. For catching light in the dark.
Anti-chafe Acrofuse™ construction on both shell and liner. No friction against skin. No interruption under extended motion and high sun.
Double waistband construction. Drawcords tuck inside to eliminate friction. With a mini S-Carabiner to tether what matters most.
A sweat resistant phone pocket, hidden in the waistband. For keeping essentials close, and distractions at a distance.
One zippered side pocket for essential cargo. Secure access without bounce or bulk.
Stealth-reflective ©SATISFY logo, for catching light in the dark.
Fully detachable care label on the outside. Nothing inside that shouldn't be.
Usage
For long heat. Desert crossings, exposed ridge lines, and the miles where managing temperature becomes as essential as managing pace.
The Rippy™ shell moves freely across terrain while the HeatCrush™ liner activates against skin: cooling that builds with effort, deepening as distance extends. Storage for small essentials. Elevates sustained output in extreme conditions, when the only way through the heat is to embrace it.
Technology
- Rippy™
Our ripstop shell is produced in Italy by a mill founded in 1893. Traditionally used in parachutes and military gear, ripstop weaves thicker threads into a grid that resists tearing and holds shape. Light, durable, fast-drying. Structured fabric built for resilience and reliability.
- HeatCrush™
A performance mesh knit from Japan engineered to cool the body the more it heats up. When sweat contacts the fabric, HeatCrush™ draws heat away from the surface. When airflow follows, the effect intensifies. Active cooling that builds with effort rather than retreating from it. Ultra-light, silky soft, four-way stretch, full moisture control.
Redefines heat management while retaining the full performance properties of technical fabrics. Designed for extreme pursuits. For long distances where heat is not a variable, it is the condition.
