- Express shipments typically take 1 – 3 business days to arrive
- Orders placed before 11 am GMT on a business day are normally fulfilled the same day, any orders after are fulfilled the following business day
- Orders over €250 ship for free, standard or express based on location.
- Return shipping is free for on-line orders mailed back within 15 days of original purchase

RETURNABLE & EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original labels intact
- Items may be exchanged for a different size or color of the same style
- Merchandise purchased from another retailer cannot be returned to Satisfy, please check their return policy
- Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Satisfy
- Refunds may be issued in store credit (2-3 business days) or in the original form of payment (up to 15 days)
- To initiate a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number. Your address also works if you can't find your order number.
- Please specify the item that you want to return/exchange and reason why (wrong size, not as pictured, etc). The product(s) must be brand new with original tag(s), label(s) and packaging(s). If an item is faulty, please include the description and photos of the issue.
- Our customer service team will email you a shipping label to affix to your return package and mailing instructions within 48 hours.
- You'll receive an email when we've received your return and it's being processed.
